Shipping and pickup

BRYNT ships to Australian residential and business addresses. Shipping is calculated at checkout for eligible products and destinations.

APEX fire pit delivery rates

  • Queensland: $59
  • New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, Australian Capital Territory and Northern Territory: $79
  • Western Australia: $119

These rates are for tracked door delivery of one BRYNT APEX fire pit. Different products, quantities or remote destinations may require a separate quote.

Dispatch

Products held on the shelf are generally dispatched within 3 business days. Products not on the shelf are made to order and are also usually dispatched within 3 business days unless a different lead time is shown on the product page. We will contact you if an unexpected production delay occurs.

Carriers and tracking

BRYNT selects the most suitable available carrier based on the parcel and destination. The carrier may vary. Tracking details are provided after dispatch where available. Carrier transit times are estimates and may be affected by remote locations, weather, peak periods or other events outside our reasonable control.

Large and heavy parcels

The APEX packed parcel is approximately 65 × 65 × 10 cm and 27 kg. A carrier may transport the order as more than one parcel when required by its weight limits. Please use safe lifting practices when receiving or moving heavy parcels.

Address accuracy and delivery issues

Please check your delivery details before ordering. Re-delivery or address-correction charges caused by incorrect customer information may be payable by the customer. Contact support@brynt.com.au promptly if an order arrives damaged, is missing items or has not arrived within a reasonable time.

Free pickup

Free pickup is available from BRYNT / FA Engineering Pty Ltd, 257–285 Scott Lane, North Maclean QLD 4280. Wait until we send the ready-for-pickup notification before travelling. The first shed is on the left after entering. Pickup is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–4:00 pm. Call or text 0494 336 610 before collection. This is a workshop with no public office.
